Ten Pin Bowling Competitions 

Wednesday afternoons, come have fun and show off your bowling skills! Join our ten-pin bowling competition and make new friends while playing.

Soccer, Basketball, AFL, Softball: Get better at your game with our 1:1 coaching! Whether it’s soccer, basketball, AFL, or softball, our coaching clinics are designed to help you improve your skills and feel more confident. 

1 to 1 Skill Development

Get one to one support to build your skills and reach your NDIS goals. Our team is here to help you learn and grow at your own pace. 

Nutrition Program

Learn how to eat healthy and feel your best! Our nutrition program will help you understand good food choices and how they can keep you strong and energised.

Learning Lift-Off

Our program helps you reach your NDIS goals, like improving thinking, communication, or life skills. It offers specialised support from experts to meet your unique needs!

Arts and Sculptures 

Express yourself by creating self-portraits, with the chance to have your art displayed in a local gallery. You can also join our sculpting program to learn about community sculptures and make your own!

Grassroots Futsal Sessions

Saturday mornings, join our futsal program! Stay active, build your skills, and have fun playing on a fast-moving team!

Fishing

At the weekends, enjoy a relaxing day of fishing, where you can learn new skills, connect with others, and unwind by the water.

Where is the Community Hub located?

Our Community Hub is located at 69 Turea St, Blacksmiths, NSW, near Lake Macquarie. It’s a beautiful coastal location with easy access to Newcastle and the Central Coast.

No, you don’t need to commit all of your NDIS funding to 4titude. Our services are flexible, allowing you to allocate as much or as little of your funding as you’d like. You’re welcome to explore our programs at your own pace and adjust your participation level as needed.
