Started by two people who believed things could be better
Kelly and Greg founded 4titude in 2010 with a simple belief: people with disability deserve more than just adequate support they deserve genuine opportunity. Not a service that shows up and goes through the motions, but one that actually gives a damn.
What started as a small local service has grown into a registered NDIS provider and not-for-profit charity operating three community hubs across NSW, in Western Sydney, Lake Macquarie, and the South Coast.
More than 15 years on, the belief hasn't changed. We've just got more ways to act on it.

Every dollar we generate goes back into services. There are no shareholders. Our mission is the bottom line.
