Our day programs provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where you can participate in activities that promote personal growth, social connection, and independence, Monday to Friday, across three NSW hubs.
How our day programs work
Purposeful, goal-aligned programs
Programs designed around your NDIS goals, from arts and crafts to cooking classes and fitness sessions, every activity builds capacity and independence.
Flexible participation
Full-day or half-day sessions. Attend as many or as few days as you'd like, no minimum commitment.
Supportive staff
Experienced and caring team members provide guidance and assistance throughout the day. All staff hold current WWCC and first aid qualifications.
Goal-focused
We focus on helping you achieve personal goals, developing new skills, increasing independence, and building confidence.

Where our day programs run
Day programs are available across our three hubs in NSW, each offering a welcoming and accessible space.
Stanhope Gardens
Our Western Sydney hub runs day programs Monday to Friday with a full range of indoor and outdoor activities.
Blacksmiths
Located in the heart of the Hunter, our Lake Macquarie hub offers day programs with a focus on community, sport, and creativity.
Batemans Bay
Our South Coast hub delivers day programs in a relaxed coastal setting, with access to nature, beaches, and local community spaces.
Schedule & hours
- Full-day:
- 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Half-day:
- 9:00am - 12:00pm or 12:00pm - 3:00pm
- Attendance:
- As many days per week as you'd like, no minimum

Day programs are funded under Core Supports and target the following NDIS functional domains.
Learning
Education, life skills, literacy, numeracy, and technology programs build the knowledge and capacity needed for greater independence.
Home management
Cooking, meal preparation, budgeting, and practical skills programs directly support independent household management.
Community participation
Regular supported outings build community navigation skills, confidence in public spaces, and the capacity to participate independently.
