Our day programs provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where you can participate in activities that promote personal growth, social connection, and independence, Monday to Friday, across three NSW hubs.

How our day programs work

Purposeful, goal-aligned programs

Programs designed around your NDIS goals, from arts and crafts to cooking classes and fitness sessions, every activity builds capacity and independence.

Flexible participation

Full-day or half-day sessions. Attend as many or as few days as you'd like, no minimum commitment.

Supportive staff

Experienced and caring team members provide guidance and assistance throughout the day. All staff hold current WWCC and first aid qualifications.

Goal-focused

We focus on helping you achieve personal goals, developing new skills, increasing independence, and building confidence.

Painting, drawing, pottery, and mixed media projects that encourage creativity and self-expression in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

Learn to prepare healthy meals and snacks, build kitchen confidence, and develop practical skills for independent living.

Health & fitness

Yoga, walking groups, gym sessions, and adapted sports that promote physical wellbeing, coordination, and social connection.

Gardening & sustainability

Hands-on gardening, planting, and sustainability projects that connect participants with nature and build practical outdoor skills.

Literacy, numeracy, budgeting, technology skills, and travel training to build confidence and independence for everyday life.

Western Sydney

Stanhope Gardens

Our Western Sydney hub runs day programs Monday to Friday with a full range of indoor and outdoor activities.

Full-day:
9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
Half-day:
9:00am - 12:00pm or 12:00pm - 3:00pm
Attendance:
As many days per week as you'd like, no minimum
