Who it's for

Social groups for adults across NSW

Our social groups are open to adults aged 18 and over with an active NDIS plan. Most sessions are funded under Core Supports, Assistance with Social and Community Participation. If your plan includes this funding, there is no out-of-pocket cost for the support component of the activity.

You do not need prior social skills experience or a history of community participation. Our groups are designed to meet you where you are and build from there, one activity at a time.

People building social skills and confidence

If social situations feel challenging or unfamiliar, structured group programs with consistent staff support are one of the most effective ways to build real-world social skills.

Participants wanting genuine community connection

Beyond skill building, social groups create lasting peer relationships. Many of our participants become close friends through regular attendance at events they both enjoy.

Adults who want variety and genuine fun

From NRL games to beach days to live concerts, our program calendar is built around activities people actually enjoy, not just activities that tick a goal box.

Getting ready for the concert

Whether it's a night at the movies, a beach outing, or cheering on your favourite team at the stadium, our social groups create the space for you to be yourself, build real connections, and belong to a community that genuinely cares.

Every person comes away with lasting peer relationships and the confidence that comes from being fully included. Each outing builds community navigation skills, communication, and the social competency that comes from showing up as yourself, supported every step of the way.
