- NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence (preferred)
- Genuine passion for disability inclusion
