About the role

As a Support Worker at our Stanhope Gardens hub, you'll be working directly with NDIS participants to support their goals, build their skills, and participate fully in their community. No two days look the same, from day programs and sport activities to community outings and skill-building sessions.

We're looking for people who are warm, patient, and genuinely committed to making a difference. You'll be part of a close-knit team at one of our busiest hubs, with strong leadership support and clear pathways to grow your career in disability support.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide 1-to-1 and small group support to participants in day programs
  • Facilitate community outings, shopping, parks, cultural activities, and more
  • Support participants to develop daily living and social skills
  • Assist with sport and recreational activities aligned to participant goals
  • Document participant progress in line with NDIS goals and 4titude policies
  • Communicate respectfully with participants, families, and support coordinators
  • Work collaboratively with your team and report any incidents or concerns to your hub manager

About you

Essential

  • Genuine commitment to disability inclusion and person-centred support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or related field
  • Experience supporting people with disability
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
