Day programs

Our day programs run Monday to Friday and are designed to be flexible and goal-oriented. Sessions include cooking workshops, art classes, community outings, fitness activities, and social skills groups.

Because every participant is different, we tailor the timetable to individual interests rather than running a one-size-fits-all schedule.

  • Full-day (9am-3pm) or half-day sessions
  • No minimum attendance commitment
  • Goal-focused and NDIS-aligned
  • Free trial session available

“The Stanhope Gardens hub has been a game-changer for our son. He looks forward to going every single day and the staff genuinely care about helping him reach his goals. The employment support program even helped him land his first part-time job, something we never thought possible.”
